My Next Skyrim Character

I recently bought Skyrim Legendary Edition cuz it was on sale for $39.99. After selling skyrim a few months ago I started to miss it so I got it again. But im having trouble deciding what character archetype my next character should be. These are the characters ive made in the past. Starting from the first to the most recent….

Jakobus Sohn Achilles, (James Son of Achillies) Male Nord, Lvl 39, 82 hours, originally was supposed to be a warrior, “Son of Achillies” but ended up making a very bad thief who wasn’t very good at sneaking and used archery and destruction magic when he got caught. Safe to say I didn’t have much knowledge. This is my first TES game but the builds got better.

Thanasimi Skia (Deadly Shadow) Female Imperial, Lvl 38, 44 hours, rogue assassin, skilled enough to sneak past enemies, make the steal or kill the target and get out unnoticed but enjoyed unnecessary killing sprees.

Fallax Venator (Illusive Hunter) Male Bosmer, Lvl 58, 98 hours, pure archer who liked to sneak around in heavy armor, picking off enemies from a distance. Only killed those who deserved it, or those dumb enough to think they could avoid and arrow in the face.

Aetos Polema (War Eagle) (I think that’s the English translation anyway) male redguard, Lvl 55, 44 hours. A dual wielding assassin. Play type was based on connor from ACIII. Dual weapons, sneaking, archery, and fire destruction magic to simulate a gun.

Aoratos Kynigos (cant remember English version)(something hunter) male Breton, Lvl 85, 127 hours, Nightblade. Meant to be the ultimate badass assassin. Wearing robes for extra quiet, preferred weapon was the bound bow. And dual Blades’ swords when he felt like making a public execution. Also utilized illusion and alteration magic for muffle, invisibility, flesh and detect spells. Was probably the most fun I had.

I do tend to lean towards thieves/assassins. Making each build a little different than the last. And I wanna continue to do that by doing something different again. Searching the web I found a page on ign with lots of ideas. its not letting me post the link like I wanted to:/

The ones I like the most are Dragonborn, Battlemage, Cleric, Spellsword, Alik’r Warrior, Telepathic, Warlord, Arcane Warrior, Ancient Nord, Berserker, Barbarian.

Since im having a difficult deciding I was curious to know what you guys think and see if there I anyone who can convince me to go or not to go in a certain direction. Looking forward to seeing what suggestions you guys have.

I like the Aoratos character, very cool name and build. You should think of making a backstory for some of these characters.

thanks. I usually do come up with some sort of generic backstory for most of them. as each build has gotten better so have the backstories.

like for Aoratos Kynigos his backstory was that was born in high rock. orphaned at a young age after witnessing his parents demise. never truly being able to move on or recover emotionally, he grew up as a loner, preferring isolation. because he was anti social he never got adopted. when he was of age he left, still preferring isolation and stealing to survive. being a loner he never really got noticed and when he did, he would move onto the next town. he trained at night when others would sleep. after he gained a reputation for suspicious behavior and countless false arrests that couldn't be proven, he felt it was time to move to new territory. hearing of the skyrim civil war causing dismay, he felt that would be the perfect place to move to. consumed by war and politics, going unnoticed would be easy. while trying to loot a stormcloak camp, he put on some stormclock armor to avoid detection. then the camp is suddenly raiding by Imperial soldiers. unable to escape or talk his way out, how could he dressed in enemy armor, got thrown in with the lot of stormsclocks that were transported to helgen for execution. thus finding another reason not to trust people and to keep away from people as much as possible.

after further training his skills following the opening events of the game, he developed a sort or swagger, feeling like a badass, knowing he had the skills to dismantle any foe 1 on 1, literally disappear in large groups and cut the strong from the pack, leaving the weak for playful bloodshed.
