Your characters will be on different megaservers so I highly doubt you'll be able to log in on another platform.

Yeah, completely separate servers for each platform. Characters -on say Pc- won't be accessible via the Xbox or the PS4 and vise versa.

More than likely, log on info won't be shared between platforms, so attempting to use a PC log in on the consoles would just result in a failed long in/ account not found kinda thing.
