Even though it's the last Elder Scrolls game I've played? Oblivion was my first TES game back in 2009. I simply adored it; still do, in fact. I kept replaying it (eventually with mods) and then tried Morrowind and couldn't get into it at all. Then 2011 came and I played Skyrim. Skyrim was a great game, albeit lacking some things. I tried Morrowind yet AGAIN and still couldn't get into it.
I kept rotating between Oblivion and Skyrim until I finally put my foot on the ground and promised to finish Morrowind till the end. And I did mid 2012.
Things were frustrating to me, namely the hit-and-miss combat system and the fatigue-being-drained-while-you-run concept. However, after being patient with the game (and after installing a few mods), I ended up loving the game.
Regardless, why do I feel so nostalgic about Morrowind? Given, I'm nostalgic about Oblivion as well, but something about Morrowind gives me that "good memories" feel.
