It is OK to run ESO with Steam's overlay program for the next beta with NDA being lifted?

When and if I am in the next beta, I am planing to run ESO with Steam's overlay program -- just asking if that is OK to do that or not?

I hadn't heard that ESO would be available via Steam, but it sounds like a good move on ZES's part.

lol -- sorry got to laugh -- I was not saying ESO is on Steam, but I am adding ESO as a non-Steam game anyways so that I can use the overlay. I have done the same thing with WoW 64 bit.

Not sure I understand how using the overlay would break the NDA. The only thing it does is tells your friends that you're playing ESO, which was allowed by the NDA anyway. So it should be allowed either way.
