Pre-Purchase: Help - Bought Imperial, says Standard?

Post » Sun Feb 16, 2014 5:05 pm

Hello,
On February 11th, 2014, I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Imperial Edition for PC off of the Green Man Gaming (GMG) website. I received the pre-purchase key instantly from them, and redeemed that code on my account on elderscrollsonline.com.
It worked, but under the "MY PURCHASED GAMES" tab in ACCOUNT, the picture of the game shows up as the Brown Standard Edition. Although, it does not say Standard or Imperial edition. Jus the Standard Edition photo is there.
After redeeming it, I got an email from TESO thanking me for putting in my pre-order code, granting me 5 days early access, the ability to play as any race, the Scuttler vanity pet, and exclusive treasure maps. But nothing else was in that email, and that's the only confirmation email (of me redeeming my code) from TESO. There was no confirmation email for the Imperial Edition stating that I'll receive those rewards as well.
The reason I'm posting on here is because I asked for support from elderscrollsonline.com via email, but they still haven't responded yet.
*I can't post links but just google the Brown (Standard) vs Red (Imperial) boxes and imagine the Brown one under MY PURCHASED GAMES

Same here, I wouldn't worry about it as long as your receipt says Imperial Edition.

GMG is going to send the imperial keys closer to launch.

They probably just sent you a special "Pre-order" code. You likely won't get the full Imperial edition code until the game is officially released.
