What did you like best about ESO?

Post » Sun Feb 16, 2014 12:33 pm

So with all the raging and flaming going on about things people didn't like, I figured I would make a positive thread.

Tell everyone your favorite things from ESO! I love the crafting, especially the secret crafting camps you find around the world.

Please keep this thread from being a debate thread, if you don't like the game please express those feelings in one of the other threads.

I loved crafting, dungeons, Cyrodiil, the quests, the music, hearing Michael Gambon, John Cleese, Malcolm McDowell, Alfred Molina, and the Dark Anchor encounters are great fun.

There's so much, but my favorite may be the exploration. I felt like I was lost in another world.

Also, I forgot to mention, CADWELL. You know, the guy playing the lute in coldharbor. The best character since M'aiq!

Finally me and my friends have found a game we can appreciate and enjoy playing together, Or the fact it combines two of my favourite things, MMO and Elder Scrolls lore.

1) Exploration... and all the beeyooteeful scenery... and all the little special locations and things to find

2) Crafting... sooo want to make an item set at one of the secret benches

3) Quests

4) Grouping with my guild for instances, and with helpful strangers for random world stuff

5) Deciding where to put my skillpoints... sooo many choices

Whoops, was only supposed to mention one thing. Sorry! ;)

I loved the exploration, that is until I went too far and came across empty lands before falling off the edge of the world  I did at least get to see Mournhold, city of missing NPC's, city of missing landmass geometry.

I definitely love the crafting, I could spend weeks just doing that. Getting a constant stream of crafting mats kept exploration nice and rewarding as well.
