I'm talking about the Creation Kit itself, not Skyrim... Anyways, I saw this Youtube video, and on it I saw someone with the Creation Kit opened, but the windows seemed to have more contrast, and there was also more contrast with whatever you were scrolling over. Yet whenever I use the Creation Kit, it's always this off white color, and worse yet, I sometimes find it difficult to see what I have currently selected on an object list, because it's this extremely light grey color up against the white background, and it's hard on the eyes, like I'm straining my eyesight to see through camouflage or something, but on this Youtube channel I saw something almost identical but with a much darker grey color, and I really wish my Creation Kit looked like that.

I searched around and found no answers, does anyone have any idea if the Creation Kit itself has settings to add more contrast in it's interface? And yes... I'm still gonna get around to finishing my mod no matter what, but... I seriously wish I could add more contrast to the Creation Kit, so it'd be easier on my poor eyes, and altering multiple things on a list, and it's difficult to tell what I last selected due to lack of color contrast.

It's not just the windows settings is it? I've turned mine to grey since I've been looking at so many xml files my eyes were really getting strained.

Notice the significant difference in the contrast. The first is a screenshot from said Youtube video of someone using the Creation Kit, the second on the bottom is a screenshot of what mine looks like. I did alter my windows color, hoping it would make the contrast go up in the Creation Kit, but it seemed to have no effect.
