Okay, so I have played the beta and watched/read multiple reviews for the game. As I was watching most reviews I was thinking, did we play the same game? What really got me is when I watched the shoddy cast review and he panned it. Shoddycast was one of the most respected ESO channels I was subbed to....and they picked apart the game based on petty stuff. Petty stuff such as being "stuck" on the starter island and not being able to go wherever you wanted whenever you wanted.

Do they realize that ESO is an MMO?

As for the "traditional" gaming media, I guess they all panned the game because ZOS hasn't paid for any ads yet.
