Dear people of the forums,

I got a question concerning the creation of my own follower.

I got my follower to dual wield, which is great. I also let my follower use frost spells (ice spike and frost cloak) and conjure a frost atronach.

When enemies get in close, my follower will use dual wielded blades.

My follower is also a good sneaker (so I won't get detected).

Now, I have created my follower, but the above is all theory. Dual wielding is covered. But my question concerns perks. How many and which perks should I allocate NOT to make my follower overpowered?
Also, how to get my follower to use magic from afar (until my follower runs out of magicka) use the bow and up close use dual swords? And then will my follower use the frost cloak spell? Or the conjure frost atronach? Or waste al magic on ice spike??
