I think a good bunch of people need to be smacked behind the head...
I thought this was a good preview/review (w/e). I agreed with litteraly all the points mentionned allthough on some of them I felt differently. It IS true that there are for the first time since Morrowind (at least, didnt play Daggerfall so I wouldnt know), invisible walls and landscape templates placed in a way to prevent you from freely exploring w/e the fk you want. This personnaly doesn't bother me that much as you can still explore quite a lot, but anyone saying the contrary (that there is no invisible wall, that you can go where you want when you want) is just trolling.
And this goes for pretty much the whole OP.
I think my mark wouldve been similar, there are some things that bother me more, some less, my main beef is with the questing and the starter islands, and 76/100 is NOT A BAD SCORE. I wouldnt even rate Morrowind over 90 and its one of my favourite games of all time. Just saying but if you can't accept flaws in a game, you will end up hating it, while people who do recognize flaws will learn to love it just the same.
So all you "anti-haters" had better wisen up because once the game ships chances are you'll be the first to complain and rage.
*wink*
