I have that problem where in-game menu entries are preceded by an 's'. I know this is mod related, and am pretty sure this is due to an error of some sort or conflict involving our Big City esm. I forget what is the precise cause, though. Could someone lend me a hand? It's quite a while ago that I last saw this problem.

I think that's the effect of GMST contamination.

CS is pretty handy when searching for bad GMSTs, just click the Detail button after selecting a mod in the load file menu.
