Hello, guys. I'm not sure this is the right place to start, but I ought to start somewhere.
Yesterday evening I was fiddling with 2 ENB setups, which also use SweetFx injectors, and manually swapping the files needed, when I erroneously started Skyrim Launcher via Skyrim Mod Manager, instead of using SKSE through MO. I closed the launcher as soon as it had loaded... then the nightmare ensued.
I cannot start my game. I have my movie intro disabled via .ini preferences. I see a glimpse of the main menu dragon symbol, and then the game exits. I've tried:
- removing the ENB profile files. The game, instead of a 10 sec load before crash, takes a 1 sec load before crash;
- removing the skyrimprefs.ini and skyrim.ini files from the profiles\ folder in MO, forcing SKSE to load the default profile. Same crash behaviour
I was switching between Realvision www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/ and Project ENB http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20781/ profiles.
My log.log file reads (not sure if it helps, but here it is):
full path: J:\Jogos\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim\redirecting CreateDeviceinitialising shader environmentredirecting CreateDeviceinitialising shader environment
I have lots of mods installed, few in the texture dept and many that deal on dynamic patches, but I feel none of them seem to be the issue here, since the game ran fine (fine enough... random CTDs, of course) before then. If anyone finds it relevant, I'll post the load order here.
I'm kinda lost, since I've never seen this before. Is there anything I'm missing? I have since been in the process of searching through and reviewing .ini tweaks and guides over the internets, hoping to shed light into this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
