Safia is an old enemy of the Dark Brotherhood and understimates the Family? Turn her into your slave.
Wiping out the Silver Hand? Force Krev the Skinner to slaughter his/her former comrades.
And of course, the strong followers you can have thanks to its rather decent level cap.

Eh, I'm afraid that the closest I got was making those wolf trainers kill their own wolves. XD I haven't yet played a full-fledged necromancer though.
