Cant load Skyrim

I have not been on another PC

I can load SKSE but I can't load the normal Skyrim. I can't get into the options. :(

I've done nothing to cause this. I just quit Skyrim then decided to try and see if my PC would be ok with Skyrim on High but I can't even do that now.

There are a few options: 1) Disable the cloud
2) Have you tried clicking "Play Game"?

No I haven't. It says I may lose changes. I've made none but still I'm a little worried about what could happen to my save file.

You won't lose anything. That message just means it couldn't connect to the Steam Cloud.

it was stuck on loading steam but it just worked and then I clicked play and it's working fine. No missing content message came up when I loaded my save.

Unchecking the upload to steam cloud option in Skyrim Properties would be the best way to completely resolve the issue.

I manually back up my saves anyway.

Not saying it was the problem, but I just got home and started up Steam then it gave me a "Could not connect" error. I restarted and Steam started up fine like nothing happened. So maybe an issue on Steam's end caused this small hiccup.
