Game ocasionally crashing HARD on fast travel

So, i got a new pc, and i've been lusting to play Skyrim super moded and on ultra high all the time, and it works great most of the time, but ocasionally im getting really hard crashes, mostly on fast travel, tough it has happened in other instances. The crashes are so bad i have no way to close the game or even turn off the computer unless i force it, usually what happens is that i fast travel, and the screen remains black with the background music still playing, from there nothing works, not alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del, alt+F4, nothing... on some rare ocasions after waiting a lot i managed to open the task manager and close the game with a lot of complications, but other times nothing worked no matter how much i waited. So this is pretty serious =/, i've been uninstalling the most unnecesary mods and now i have arround 30, and will probably try disabling almost all of them and see if it keeps happening at this point, but wanted to check here to see if this is a common issue and there's something i can try. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like an infinite load screen. If so, use ENBoost and Sheson's Memory Patch. If this is the case, your game is running out of memory due to poor memory allocation by the game engine. Watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37xAMUQc1oY and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9WLTY9R_5Y.

Disabling mods is a definite no-no - you can't disable mods and continue using the same savegame, that will cause even more crashes. Data from mods gets baked into your save, so removing a mod and continuing to use that save will cause problems - adding the mod back later after you've saved with the mod disabled won't help either, as once the initial link between mod and save is broken, it remains broken.

The thing to learn from this? Don't add a bunch of mods all at once. Install one mod at a time, and test thoroughly for stability (hours, if not days) before adding another mod.
