okay so ppl have speculated about vampire's and molag bal in this game, but, watch this video below and skip to 15min, 45 sec.... the line there, rly does sound like the player has sold their soul for power/ a gift.....its pure speculation but that srsly sounds like something I'd expect from a quest line turning the player into a vampire + the whole ritual site thing in the abilities kind of hints more at that....or am i reading way to much into this lol? I'm kind of hoping the player doesn't have to sell their soul but meh, could be cool RP wise i guess, we got out of coldharbour once

The only ritual I know of involving vampirism is the one needed to create a Pureblood, and based on what it is I really doubt it will be in game.

The lore for pure blooded female vampires is... pretty brutal. Won't be a place for that in this game!

Harkon on the other hand just had the paltry task of sacrificing 1000 innocents to Molag.

the ritual for making purebloods mimics that event in that female cultists "offer" themsleves to Molag Bal (whose many monikers include King of [censored] btw). If they survive the "encounter" (survive being a bit of a stretch here) they become a Daughter of Coldharbor and a pureblood vampire.

EDIT: taking Harkon's method of becoming a pureblood into consideration though, I can definitely see them tweaking the lore a bit so that sacrificing Molag Bal "1000 Souls" (maybe read as go kill 1000 souls in my name in pvp) and be granted his gift. A little lore bendy but doable.

Vampires are in this Game and definitely are gonna be sided with Molag Bal, typically speaking (Necromancers). It's also true that Molag Bal created Vampires. Search: 'Daughters of Coldharbour' and they are probably gonna appear. You didn't sell your Soul, you had it stolen. so I don't know where you got that idea from.

You do not sell your soul to molag bal when you become a vampire from what I read.

Molag Bal created the first vampire may it be Malae or the fallen foe on the battlefield.

But you are not bound to him as a vampire as far as I know.

(strictly speculating this line) I would say some vampires do not even know about molag, since they could have been turned by someone and then just left there and etc.
