So, my question is this : Where does it go in the load order? I have so many mods and have made so many alterations that I'm now thoroughly confused!

I currently have it at the bottom of my load order after SUM.esp

I'm running ASIS, Dual Patch, Fix NPC enchants, Reproccer, and that's just under SUM. I have about 200 mods.

The game works fine, I'm just thinking that I might have this esp in the wrong place and that's affecting the AI system, and quite possibly the gameplay.

If I knew how to get my load order, I'd share the whole thing. As I said, I'm not getting any crashes (which considering the number of mods I use is pretty astounding), but I'm having some combat problems. It's just fairly easy.

Do you have the tool BOSS? Where does it put it? Get it if you don't. It's a great tool for this exactly!
