Hello, my Skyrim is crashing to dekstop and freezing all the time. It got me to the point that I just can't go on like this, I spent 45 hours on this character but I decided that if you guys won't be able to help me then I'm giving up - it just became too tiring. Sometimes I would forget to save and would lose 30minutes of progress because the game CTD, othertimes it just crashes on startup, sometimes it is OK for hours... I've noticed that it especially crashes around Riften.

As I said I tried everything to my knowledge:

Cleaned master records using TES5Edit.

Used BOSS to fix Boot Record and fixed anything that BOSS wanted me to do.

Reinstalled the game and validated files with Steam.

Format C:/ and installed a fresh system.

Unparked CPU cores using Unpark-CPU-APP

Cleaned game save with "Skyrim Save Cleaner"

Installed SSME and increased block size to 512mb.

Also did a Wrye Bash Patch.

Of course after every reinstall I did everything again so - TES5 Edit Clean, BOSS and SSME.

Have you tried to play the game without mods?

EDIT: Just noticed your Live Another Life mod was not at the very bottom of your list...IIRC it has to be at the bottom unless I missed something. You said you used BOSS but what does your BOSS log say?

Since you are invested on your 45h playthrough, try removing at first those heavyweight graphics mods, like HiResTexturePacks; and decreasing graphics settings. At least you'll know what ground do you stand on in this matter.
