Could you please tell me what's the console command for triggering the "you have been observed by forces unknown" message which triggers the appearance of Lucien Lachance? I know I have to kill somebody to make it happen, but I am playing more of a "good guy" character by now, so don't want to actually kill a friendly npc, as weird it may sound I need to make Lachance appear to trigger the quest from the "Versus Dark Brotherhood" mod.
