How does one calculate the moon phases in Skyrim?

How does one calculate time in Skyrim?

I've decided to take the time and effort to calculate the time and the moon in Skyrim if I want to make Werewolfism fun in Skyrim. I'm on a PS3 so no Mods.

Iirc every time you reload a save the moons change their original position. I don't think it's doable. :shrug:
