So Bethesda openly acknowledges that they look at community made mods for ideas in later series.
That being said, what are some awesome mods, and why would they make The Elderscolls better?

Better Weapons: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39870/? Weapons that actually look like workable swords, daggers, and etc. Awesome!
Immersive Armor: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19733/? Because what's the point of armor if you don't look totally awesome in it?
Interesting NPC's: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8429/? you've got all the money, spend some of that on better NPC dialog... or like, a lot of it.
Immersive First person view: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49036/? Awesome! And if you're going to make an Oculus compatible game anyway, double the awesome!
Speaking of having all the money, why keep rolling your own engine with a team of only a hundred people, when there's third party engines with 40+ engineers working on that alone? If a little new company can do all this with Cryengine (and their own AI) why couldn't a bigger, more experienced team do even better? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kA8rTyIO0xE
