I have a beta account created. My question is:

After I buy the game and install it, do I still use my Beta account inforrmation, (user name, PW), or does this information get deleted when the beta is over, and then I will make a new account to play the game?

In other words, does my beta account carry over when the full version game is purchased, registered, and installed? Or will I need to make a totally new account for the real version of the game?

You will use the same account you have used for beta. Yes it will carry over.

Long answer. It's the account which you register the game to when purchase. So yes if you choose to use the same account.

You don't have to use your beta account. You can make a new ESO account with a different email address for the actual game.

I was asking because I have had a hard time logging into the beta, and I was not sure if the log in problems would follow me into the real game if I used my beta info. My guess is that the log in problems will disappear with the release of the game in its final form.

More than likely, but if you would like to be safe couldn't hurt to make an extra one.
