I'm looking for a mod that is supposed to keep constant effect rings permanently in place so they don't get knocked out if you scroll through your spells/items with the next spell key. It also lets you use another ring, while keeping two constant effect rings equipped.

That sounds like one of the Code Patch options.

Yeah, that's in the Code Patch.

I'm pretty sure I have that selected but when I use the next spell button, it pushes them right out of my inventory. And it's only letting me equip two rings at a time. I thought perhaps there was another mod I was thinking of.
