Dear modders,

I was wondering about making a mod, but with a twist in it, some of the items and the kits would be real, so with branding and everything.

Does some experts of you have any information about placing this type of content into a mod? (f.e. a logo, or a whole IRL item). Does it have any restrictions? What does Bethesda say about it?

Isn't there something about using trademarks without permission?

I'd err on the side of caution and not use real-world branding. If you really want to reference real-world brands, you could just change the names and logos slightly, like what happens most of the time in media.
