Anyone else having their ESO launcher not updating for several hours? Its at about 40-50% and has been there for several hours.

The "fixes" by unchecking some stuff in the connections tab in internet option doesn't do jack,it wasn't even checked in the first place.

I had this issue (launcher bar stopped at ~50%) and it was caused by the .NET framework from the latest windows update. I had to uninstall 5.4.1 and reinstall 5.4
