Yup, you should do that on the beta forums. Only things in areas lvl 1-17 is not under nda. And i guess you're on the PTS so everything there is also under NDA.

As far as I know, the beta on the private test server is still under NDA as it's not the same NDA as the beta weekends are under.

Are you not in pts? And why are you not poating this in beta forum? Send bug report if you have not done that already

...and if anyone else gets this bug, apparently a /stuck suicide will remove it!
