Im planning a couple different chariters that will use multiple skills from different tree's in a class. Do you think it is better to concentract on one tree first then do the next or to get them leveled at the same time?

Get the first skill in every line and keep them on your bar. Level them all at the same time.

Having more than one skill of a line on your bar increases exp gain by something like 10 - 20%. Better to slot one skill from every line and level them equally.

Unless you're not planning to USE all of them

The best reason to specialize is that some passives in each line benefit all skills in that line, and not other lines. Check out the passives and see if you want any of those. When you choose skills, you want to consider the whole line, not just the first one.

If you're sure you need skills from all three lines though, yeah, definitely best to start with one of each slotted.

And as I mentioned, the game is designed to reward specialization in trees. Read the passive skill descriptions. You'll get more out of your passives if you specialize.

But that probably doesn't make a really significant difference.
