According to this - http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1487438-eso-support-and-beta-info-updated-feb-26/ - any ESO give-away outside of ESO official beta invites do not come with beta forum access.

I believe the "friend" codes they sent out have access to the beta forums.

I have two to give away. One I have access to right now, and the other, I will have to wait until I get home.
