My launcher is not working? : Othor Games

Whenver I reinstall or open manually from the folder the launcher launches, but no screen comes up. I go into task manager and it says the process is running, but there's nothing there? Any help?

Have the same problem. Eso support send me that mail it didnt help me but maybe u will have more luck.

On your Control Panel, click on "Network and Internet" and open Internet Options to make changes on the following two tabs:

Connections Tab: Click on the LAN settings button. When the LAN settings window appears, uncheck all the boxes and click on OK.
Advanced Tab: Click on the Reset button, and then click on Reset again.

Restart your computer to ensure that the changes take effect, and then restart the game launcher.

This error could also occur if you are trying to run an application that is already running in the background. A few ways to find if the launcher is still running and closing it:

System Tray

On the bottom right side of your screen by the time and date
Right Click the ESO icon and select Exit or Close.

Closing the launcher via Task Manager

Open Task Manager via Ctrl + Alt + Del
Click on the Processes Tab
Scroll to find “Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe *32” (for the launcher) or “eso.exe *32” (for the game)
Right-click the process and select “End Process”
Wait a few seconds, then try to open the launcher or game again
