» Fri Feb 28, 2014 10:11 pm Loot (a.k.a. Load Order Optimisation Tool, a.k.a. BOSSv3) is in need of an application icon. I figured that since there are quite a few graphically-talented people in this community, and I'm not one of them, I'd ask if anyone could put together an icon for me.
A couple of rules:
- All images provided must be legally suitable for use as icons by BOSS. That means that you've either got to create the images from scratch, or use source images that are public domain or suitable for inclusion without attribution (I will credit you, but I'd rather not have to list 50 people who edited the images before you).
- All images provided must have equal height and width dimensions, with a resolution of at least 256x256 pixels. If you want to do a quick low-res mockup, that's fine, but your "finished work" must not break this rule.
It would be nice if the icons scaled well with size, ie. they aren't indistinct blobs at 32x32, and would also be nice to have something that's either themed to what Loot does (mod load ordering - difficult IMHO) or is a pun on the name (eg. a treasure chest).
Hickory came up with the BOSS icon, and that's pretty good, so I'm interested to see if anyone can come up with something for this.
