When I try to login I get Error Code 201:7:1:1060:1007

I contacted support but they told me the beta event was over. This cant be right because the email I got says the beta testing will be from Friday, February 28th at 12:00PM EST until Sunday, March 2nd at 11:59PM EST. There are even peaple live streaming to twitch.

Its becoming obvious they have no clue what is happening. Zero support. I have tried reaching out to the company using twitter, facebook, the forums, and its like they have no support staff.
