Hi,

I was forwarded a bring a friend beta key email, with the "additional beta key" in it, and I used it and it worked. However, the friend who sent me the email cannot find his own beta key? He just created his account today and the only key that he can find is the one that was sent to me, which is now invalid. He had signed up for beta back about a year ago, but before Feb 27th 2014 he has no emails from ESO.

Any help?

There are 2 keys in each email - one towards the top, and one at the bottom.

Thanks for the reply. There is just one key in the email, I have searched and searched (there's not many places to look). Maybe it assumed he already has one somehow? How did other emails look when receiving the "bring a friend" beta key?
