I have re-installed, updated and repaired my files, but I still can't get in! It crashes immediately when I click 'play'. I am playing on a mac. Anyone know how to fix / having these problems?

Having the same issue on a PC. I get as far as character creation and bam....game crashes "The Elder Scrolls has unexpectedly blah, blah blah." I don't have access to the beta forum (from what I hear it's not much help there), and haven't seen any fixes. I filed a ticket it earlier. svcks I really wanted to try this out :/ Good luck
