Hey so i recently gave my brother my guest beta code, and after the download (which he downloaded onto his D-drive that had 160 free gigs) he went to start it up. things seemed normal, but when he went to start playing he ran into a problem. At the intro screen (where you just click through the pages that describe some events and whats happening) it would freeze on one of the pages, and he never even got to the screen to make his character. he gets frozen at one of the pages, the audio still plays, he can move his mouse, but nothing ever happens, even when he clicks and presses buttons.

any idea what could be causing this problem? He could really use the help
