I've yet to see the Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild quest lines all the way through to the end. Something always stops me. Next time I get into the game I'll have to make one or the other, maybe both, my priority.

I had the same problem, mostly because I rarely play a thief or assassin. The DB quest is definitely worth doing, though.
