i have been playing and every few mins my game freezes for about 4-12 seconds and then it kicks back and im good to go... it gets annoying when it does it while im fighting. are their any fixes to this?

Everyone does, and when the game freezes the cpu usage spikes.

Needs to be fixed by them.
