I just have a few questions as I only have bought the PC version of Skyrim a couple weeks ago (been playing it a long time on Xbox 360 though) and I have a few questions about the creation kit.

1) What is the full extend of the creation kit? And by that, I am wondering what new things are possible to add. Is it possible to add a new race that doesn't have legs but has a tail (think of Medusa, the snake like tail)?

And

2) I have an idea for a quest but for the intro there is two factions fighting. I want the quest to be a simple "Kill A or B", and, if you kill a, then b will turn essential. Also you will join b's faction and he and his buddies won't try to kill you. How would I go about accomplishing this?
