Tribal character and House

SO I am trying a Traditional tribal character (Think ancient Native American/only melee type of character), and am wondering something. WHY would such a character side with House at the battle of Hoover Dam? It just does not make much sense when I think about it. Money? They are simply trying to survive, not get filthy rich. Power? they really do not need that kind of power. Protection for the Mojave? Caesar's legion, if you believe Raul and Cass, would make the Mojave a lot safer from raiders, considering House only cares about the Strip/Vegas area.

From what I understand, the only people who would side with House are the characters who are greedy selfish people who do things for their own gain, and that trying to play nice with everyone will bite you if you side with House.

A true Tribal would likely not side with any of them, because the NCR would have a nice reservation set up for the tribe as soon as some worthless land was found, the Legion would absorb the tribe and it would lose all identity, and House is... well,... House. What good is security for the tribe if the tribe ceases to exist? Although (since you brought it up), naive Native Americans did side with either the Brits or the French originally, not realizing what the results of those alliances would be.

I think Yes Man is the only alternative...
