I've noticed that there are some books that glow and when I read these I get a message saying I've found a lorebook but there are also lots of other notes and papers lying around that sparkle. Reading those doesn't seem to give a message or anything so what does the sparkle mean?

I think its just to grab your attention but i could be wrong.
