When im turning around rotating my cursor in the game seems to jerk around and stutter, So instead of smooth mouse movements my cursor makes a jagged line. Im not sure if you can see it in the video but i can certainly feel it when playing, it even seems to happen with an xbox controller but to a lesser extent. Im using Windowed borderless by forcing it through enblocal, and using antilag to limit my frames to 45. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
