I got it on steam, and over 120 mods, I just got Multiple hearthfire children + Lastname mod, I have all the DLC's and thats all i know

What if you try to play without mod's for now, and after that we will see...

Can you tell me what processor you have ??? (Celeron, Dual core ans so on)

And what Graphics card do you have ??? (for example Nvidia 440, or Ati 6450)

It depends on which save. In my current one, I'm at Whiterun doing companions and in others, well, I'm really far in, some I haven't even got out of Helgen yet. i have no idea what a processor is and i have no idea what graphics card i have, I'll ask my dad when he gets up.

I also don't want to turn my mods off as it will stuff up my game.

Crashes at the dragon symbol? Do you even reach the main menu to start the game?

I reach it, it just shows the dragon symbol and a black background then crashes

You're missing a mod master. Check your mods. There's something a mod depends on that isnt installed. Run BOSS.

And what is BOSS? Is it like NMM (Nexus Mod Manager)? could I use that instead?

Why install 120 mods if you haven't read up how to install them properly?

As Jasper1979 said, you have installed a mod which is dependant on another mod which you do not have. Reading the readme's from the mod authors is helpful in this regard.

BOSS is a sorting programme and will also inform you if you have conflicts, dirty mods or obsolete mods.

NMM is a mod manager which assists in installing and uninstalling mods.
- note once you start a game with any mod installed then that save is dependant on those mods and you must NOT deactivate or uninstall any of those mods and continue playing unless you are upgrading the mod (read the readme's for clear upgrading instructions).
- if you do uninstall a mod then start a new game.

I do know how to install properly and have installed all the needed mods for the mod I use.

How do i use BOSS? I have no bloody idea
