I've done pretty much all the quests in markarth and everything is fine but I wanted to buy a house there so I decided to do some quests for the jarl. He sent more on a quest to kill this forsworn leader so I did it and came back to markarth. Everything was fine but when I went inside under stone keep the jarl the thalmor the jarls houscarl and the jarls stewards where attacking me for no reason and the guards just stood there and did nothing. Please help I don't know what to do
