I propose they add a new class to satisfy the complaints that all current classes are magic based, as well as giving another option . All abilities in this class would be stamina based. As most of these abilties already have suitable animations they should require much less work.
Ultimate: War Cry
War Cry buffs nearby allies by increasing their stamina, magicka, and health regen rates for 10 seconds. Allies can activate the "Rallied" synergy within 5 seconds to sacrifice these buffs for a moderate heal. Enemies in melee range are briefly stunned. Does not stack with Second Wind.
Abilities:
1. Cheap Shot:
Do damage and immobilize the enemy for 3.5 seconds. Range: 5m
Morph 1: Heavy Blow:
Also Knocks back.
Morph 2: Foul Play:
Also lower target's armor for the duration
2. Cutting Blade:
Throws a blade at a nearby enemy, dealing damage and additional bleed damage over time. Range 15 meters.
Morph 1: Poisoned Blade
Damage becomes poison and damage over time is increased
Morph 2: Crippling Blade
Also snares 40% for 5 seconds now
3. Determination:
Take a 10% less damage for 20 seconds.
Morph 1: Iron Will
Additionally Crowd Control durations are reduced by 20%.
Morph 2: Unrelenting
Damage is increased by 10% while active.
4. Shrug it off
Heal self for a small amount.
Morph 1: Unstoppable
Gains a small damage shield.
Morph 2: Second Wind
Gives a 20% stamina buff for 10 seconds.
5. Tactical Strike
Next attack does 20% bonus damage
Morph 1: Hindering Strike
Enemy does 15% less damage for 10 seconds
Morph 2: Opportunistic Strike:
Increases attack speed by 30% for 10 seconds
Passives:
1. Conditioned: 0/2
+2% health and stamina regen
2. Adrenaline Surge: 0/2
+5% healing received when affected by Determination
3. Well Trained: 0/2
+2% damage
4. Inner Strength: 0/2
-8% ultimate ability cost
This is of course just what my poor ole brain has cobbled together. I'm sure it's not perfect and all values are placeholders.
