Everytime I try I just get this message

Support ID obviously changes. Does the same thing at home or at my brothers house. I had to get a new CPU/MOBO and I'm on a fresh rebuild right now and adblock is disabled. Still won't let me create an account. I'm hoping to be able to try this game to see if I like it before I buy it.
