Do you think its possible for the world of fallout to rebuild itself? meaning that people may start to actually plow new roads and fix cities into actual fortresses?

because the means to create concrete exist and we all heard about how it can be still made, so what do you think?

would you even like to see a world where like half of the world is rebuilt (map) and half of it still destroyed?
