There should be a skill line that has skills like this.

Ultimate: when activated skills have a 50% chance to use stamina instead of magic for 30 seconds.

Morphs: extend time

Morphs: stamina based skills have a chance to use magic instead.

What are some skills youd like to see later down the road?

Wouldn't a convert magicka to stamina spell be much simpler. Like an opposing version of dark conversion.

I'd like to see a one-handed tree, based on quick slashes and dodging. Think Syrio out of Song of ice and fire.
