I try to enter the portal to go to COuldHarbour and its just say i lack the required permission to travel there... how?? and why? and is it a bug? or do i need something?

getting fusterated

Trying logging out then logging back in. Theres a part for me in the main quest where the npcs are glitched and will never come and when i re logged it said i was able to go through. (Relogging as in going back to choosing character menu)

Ok thanks ill try it, i left the cave 3-4 times and the portal would reappear but would still deny me. Ill log out

Still says" You lack the required permissions to travel there". And i cant abandon and restar quest because its main story... dont know what to do now

=\ I'm not sure about it, maybe its a glitch to be unable to finish it? Or maybe its a problem on your end. idk
