This game needs a lot of work...

but im loving it so far.

im only level 5 and its a bit slow getting up, but the crafting system, the questing system the level design all seem better then most other mmo's that ive played. the only beta i enjoyed playing more then this one was SWTOR and WOW, but i see the potential in this game that can make it the best mmo of all time.

what i dont like so far:

- that they use a hot bar, it feels very generic, like every other mmo. how would i have changed this? a more complex but unique system of hot keys, pressed in a particular order to activate a special ability w>s>q = fireball, 1>f>r = a CC ability... but it would be a very high skill cap for pvp.

-the color depth is very ... dirty, it may have been the fact that i started in the ebonheart zone which gave the bland desert shades of brown and grey, but common i hope it gets better from here <---ultra high settings

-stealth system you cant upgrade it, only get skills to let you jump into it during battle. seems like im always "almost detected" in the pve aspect of the game. i was hoping it would also have a skill tree that i could pump skills into to make it better.

- animations are too rigid, zenimax needs to focus resources on upgrading the character models, after bugs and other issues are fixed.

what i do like, well narrowed down the the best:

- the crafting system over single player TES crafting systems.

- the upgrade to the duel wield system, i hated Skyrim's version.

- very little CC so far, and i hope it stays that way. 2-3 cc abilities are all you need and even then may be too much. dont be like wow and create 6 for one class, then try to back pedal and correct your mistake by adding 6 anti cc abilities to balance them out.

- stealth isnt over powered!! i havent been in pvp yet, but from pve stand point im always "almost detected" which is a good thing for pvp. ambushing needs to be part of the game, but you dont want it to be so powerful that you're able to abuse it.

Shadow tree of the Nightblade has stealth passive that will upgrade your stealth. There's also 2 races that have racials you can put points into to upgrade stealth. Just fyi.

i was aware of that, but i was hoping for a skill tree, that way i wouldn't have to play a Nightblade to play a stealthy character. it seems like it could still work with the other 3 classes, but just no where near as well.
