I know that there’s an option to assign a hot key to turn off and on the complete HUD in the settings. It would be nice to be able to select what items you want the hot key(s) to control.

For example: To be able to turn off and on the chat area while leaving the other items on screen.

Being able to set hot key filters for chat groups.

For example: Having hot keys to turn off Zone Chat, Say Chat, Whisper, etc. and leaving on the ones you want.

This will help people who want to RP and not be bothered with detractors. Even those who don’t RP this would benefit.

If you agree with this type of option, please add the request to the Beta Survey when you get one.

The more people that want it, the more likely it will be added.
