Men Who Play Female Toons

To answer on a more serious note: While I mostly play male characters, I sometimes create a female char just for variety.

To answer directly: it comes down to what you are looking at the entire time you are playing; and men are so inclined.

Who says they can't do both? Learn to multi-task.

If I'm playing as a sorcerer or an orc, my character is already completely unrecognisable as my real world self. My character isn't me, so why shouldn't she be female? My species is a bigger part of my identity than my gender - should I exclusively play as a human?

Alright. I will not ask to have it closed. Just don't want it to become a war among people who share the same interest.

Scandinavian men are hot.

Nords.

Enough said.

Now I need to try making a hot one.

@Sairus, you have balls of iron. Kudos. +1

Hmm interesting theory, though for me, a jock's personality was usually enough to turn me off.

I hope you are not a therpist IRL. Blaming the media is BS (avoiding censor). There have been many strong female protagonist for centuries in literature for example, written by male authors. I gave my reasons in my first post, I would love to see women more empowered, as a father and as a human. Nothing disturbs me more than crimes against women. And I'm sure you know that most crimes against women are power trips, all about control.

I do agree that todays media is certainly shaping our consciousness both male and female, and not for the better.
